Hiring A Nanny
Are you hiring a nanny to help out so you and/or your husband can work at home, undisturbed by children?
If you or your husband or you and your husband work at home, and you need a nanny to alleviate the child care work so that you can get some work at home done, you will want a nanny that you are comfortable having around and one who is mature and comfortable enough to understand the needs of work-at-home parents.
Someone who’s grown up in a big family and is used to not having much privacy may be an ideal candidate for this job. Someone who is insecure and anxious about what kind of a job she is doing may feel too pressured by “the boss” being around to do her job with any ease and grace. Sometimes someone with a strong ego may be perfect in this situation because they won’t feel threatened by your presence in the house.
